Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Due to the variety of scrubs we offer, we may need to request part of your order directly from the vendor, which can result in longer processing times. You will be notified through email only if this occurs & you will always be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipped.

We offer $9 flat rate shipping to the United States and free shipping over $100. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at all 4 of our Middle Tennessee locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, most orders will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
